Located approximately 30 miles west of City Auburn Camp Far West lies at an elevation of 320 feet and contains 2,000 surface acres of water with 29 miles of grassy foothill shoreline. Camp Far West has several campgrounds available around the lake suitable for tents and RV’s. Full hook-ups and ground camping available. All boating is permitted including water skiing, jet skis, and swimming. Boat rentals are available at the marina, as well as gas, groceries, bait, tackle, and snacks. Collins Lake |

Located approximately 25 miles north of Marysville in the pristine mother load country, Collins Lake lies at an elevation of 1,200 feet and has 13 miles of oak and pine covered shoreline. There are two campgrounds located on the lake, both suitable for tent, trailer, or RV’s. Full-service hook-ups are available. All boating is permitted year-round. Water skiing allowed only from May 15-September 15. Boat rentals available at the marina. Excellent day-use facilities, including a swimming beach, are located on the west side of the lake. Collins Lake is known for its trophy-class trout and holds a steady population of catfish, bluegill, bass and crappie.
